Spending Cost
- Chargeback Fee: The first 3 failed transactions each month are exempt. Starting from the 4th failed transaction, a chargeback fee of USD $0.30 per transaction will be deducted from the card balance. Note: If chargebacks cause the card balance to fall below USD $1.00, the system may automatically close and remove the card.
- Authorization Reversal Fee: USD $1.00 per authorization reversal, deducted from the card balance. (Verification authorization reversals are exempt from this fee.)
- Refund Processing Fee: A fee of 2% will be charged for each transaction refund and deducted from the card balance.
- Cross-Border Transaction Fee: For transactions with non-U.S. merchants or settlements in currencies other than USD, a cross-border transaction fee of 1.15% will be deducted from the card balance.

- For legitimate use only; strictly maintain low chargeback and refund rates.
- Annual transaction limit: USD $1,000,000.
- Card validity period: 3 years, with support for multiple reloads/top-ups.
