消费费用
- Decline Fee: The first 3 failed transactions per month are exempt. Starting from the 4th failed transaction, a $0.3 decline fee is deducted from the card balance per transaction. Note: If a decline causes the card balance to drop below $1, the system will automatically delete the card.
- Authorization Reversal Fee: 2% per authorization reversal, deducted from the card balance.
- Refund Fee: 10% per consumption refund, deducted from the card balance.
