消费费用
- Chargeback Fee: Waived for the first 3 charges of the month; after that, a fee of $0.30 per chargeback will be deducted from your card (overdraft due to chargebacks will result in card cancellation)
- Authorization Revocation Fee: $1 per chargeback, deducted from your card (waived for verification-related transactions)
- Refund Fee: 2% per transaction, deducted from your card
- Cross-border Fee (transactions to non-US merchants and non-USD currencies): 1.5% per transaction, deducted from your card
- 拒付手续费：当月前3笔豁免，超出后收取$0.3/笔，卡内扣除（因拒付导致余额透支将注销卡片）
- 授权撤销费：收取$1/笔，卡内扣除（验证类豁免）
- 退款手续费：收取2%/笔，卡内扣除
- 跨境手续费(非美国商户及非USD币种结算的交易)：收取1.5%/笔，卡内扣除
